At Mobile IV Infusions LLC, we value your time and ours. Because we are a mobile medical service with licensed staff and medical oversight, we schedule appointments and allocate resources specifically for you. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellations & Refunds

✅ Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Any payments made will be fully refunded or applied as a credit to a future appointment.

⚠️ Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

  • A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

  • This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any prepaid amount.

  • If no payment has been made yet, the $50 fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

❌ No-Shows (Missed Appointments Without Notice)

  • Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to the $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final due to the nature of our services and medical supply usage.

If you experience an adverse reaction or are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us so we can address your concerns appropriately.
