Welcome to Mobile IV Infusions LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile IV therapy services. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Mobile IV Infusions LLC provides wellness and hydration services under the supervision of a licensed medical doctor. However, our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from your primary care provider or emergency medical care.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility for Services

You must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
Complete a health intake form truthfully via our HIPAA-compliant platform (IntakeQ)
Be medically cleared for IV therapy based on our clinical protocols and MD review
Be located within our service area at the time of treatment

We reserve the right to decline service if it is not medically safe or appropriate.

3. Informed Consent

All clients must sign an Informed Consent Form before receiving treatment. This form outlines the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of IV therapy. You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all your concerns have been addressed before proceeding.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or intake system.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: no charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: $50
No-shows: full-service fee may be charged

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, medical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit card, debit cards.

We may be out-of-network with most insurance plans. You are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance unless otherwise specified.

6. Risks and Limitation of Liability

While IV therapy is generally safe when administered properly, there are risks including but not limited to: bruising, pain at the injection site, infection, allergic reactions, and vein inflammation.

By receiving services, you agree that Mobile IV Infusions LLC and its staff are not liable for:

Adverse reactions or complications from treatment
Medical conditions not disclosed by you
Delays or inability to provide services due to events outside our control

7. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. All records are stored in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Use of Website

When using our website, you agree to:

Not use the site for unlawful purposes
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or systems
Not copy, reproduce, or use any content or branding without permission

We may update our website content or functionality at any time without notice.
